Looking at the memory usage I would guess that you have a 2GB mac (2048MB = 790MB Free + 454MB wired + 412MB active + 392MB Inactive) which implies that wired memory should be 454MB which is pretty normal. I'm not seeing anything really strange other than the 32GB of wired memory.
